With over 20 years of experience and a Master's degree in Kinesiology, I'm committed to guiding you safely and effectively towards achieving your fitness goals. My practice emphasizes the interconnectedness of different modalities aiming to improve overall health, function, fitness, and quality of life. This is achieved by incorporating diverse fitness practices of strength training, flexibility, balance, cardio, functional training and correctional movement into a cohesive, fun and sustainable routine. To further enhance your physical well-being, I can incorporate myofascial release, breath work, lifestyle, nutrition coaching, weight loss regimens, and mindfulness practices.
Every new client is assessed in strength, flexibility, balance, movement patterns and overall wellness. This provides me with the necessary information needed to design a program for your unique body, goals, and preferences. (Additional body composition, measurements and VO2 Max can be added upon request)
